In 2021 Case was brought on to complete phase 2 which upgraded all of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, an elevator, core bathrooms, and a tenant fit out on the ground level. Finally, in 2022 a complete fit out of the remaining 30,000 square feet was executed along with a completely new site with a parking lot and landscaping.<\/p>\n<style id=\"bwg-style-0\">
