Smith Mathewson Building

Location: Providence, RI

After a fire claimed the adjacent building, 159 Weybosett required a complete structural rebuild which included a new roof and new east wall. This project also included the construction of a new elevator and two stairwells, along with all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This project was completed in time and within budget, while also maintaining the first floor tenants retail operations.
