This renovation embodies all of the capabilities Case Construction offers, as it is a design build, construction managed and self performing project done to fit an owners budget in a short time frame. The existing theater space is being transformed into a common area with conference rooms and offices along with kitchen modifications. The look creates a modern space but keeps the original feel of the building which Case Construction built in the early 1960’s.
